รายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขการเช่า เป็น 2 แบบ

1. สัญญาเช่าขั้นต่ำ 3 ปี

ค่าเช่า 450,000 บาทต่อเดือน

จ่ายค่าเช่า 1 เดือน มัดจำ 2 เดือน

ผู้เช่าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับทางรีสอร์ท

 

2. สัญญาเช่า 10 ปีขึ้นไป

ค่าเช้ง 3,000,000 บาท

ค่าเช่า 350,000 บาทต่อเดือน

จ่ายค่าเช่า 1 เดือน มัดจำ 12 เดือน

ค่าเช่าขึ้น 10% ทุก ๆ 3 ปี

ค่าภาษีที่คินและโรงเรือน ผู้เช่าเป็นผู้ชำระ

ผู้เช่าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับทางรีสอร์ท

There are 2 swimming pools, including a small swimming pool. Ready to serve you. and a large swimming pool, 1 relaxation pavilion

and a decorated garden with walking paths in the resort's common areas.

 

Details and conditions of rental are 2 types.

1. Minimum rental contract of 3 years.

Rent 450,000 baht per month

Pay 1 month's rent, 2 months' deposit.

The renter is responsible for any damages incurred to the resort.

 

2. Lease contract for 10 years or more

Rental fee 3,000,000 baht

Rent 350,000 baht per month

Pay 1 month's rent, 12 months' deposit.

Rent increases 10% every 3 years.

Land and building taxes The renter is the payer.
